TODAYS WORK

9/18/2000

Today was an incredibly busy day ! I was in the shop at 5:30 am to start work on 14 sandblasts that Curt delivered last nite. I also had two smooth walnut special orders to finish as well. Most of the blasts were special orders which needed to be shipped and I just got them to the PO by closing. Here are the special orders:

The first is one of the prettiest tan blast s that I ve made in awhile. A copy of a Dunhill EC . I ve decided to start grading my blasts as well as the smooths. It helps that the star grading stamps finally came in . This is a one star.

The next two are orders I took at the Newark Pipe Show. Both small pipes, a Rhodesian and straight Bulldog.

The next pipe is a special order from Today s work a few days ago. A customer saw the pipe there and asked me to make another:

The next pipe is for ASP s Eric Weiner, a copy of a Peterson #302 without the P lip.

The next 3 pipes were ordered by Cliff s Pipes & Imports. I had to custom make these shapes he had seen but had sold before he could order them off the web catalog.I m sure he has them for sale if anyone is interested. (405-329-9354.)

The next pipe is a 2000 Blast Christmas pipe which will be offered for sale sometime around the Corps show.

These final pipes are all available on the web catalog:
Featherweight 41

Featherweight 42 1 star

Blast 244 size 6 oompaul

Blast 245 size 6 oompaul variation

Blast 246 2 star ring grain size 5 bulldog

Blast 247 size 4 rhodesian, early proto design for Christmas pipe
